1General Provisions & Definitions

These definitions apply throughout the document and carry the same meaning wherever they appear.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "tay99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the tay99.cam platform, acting under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the services offered on the platform.
• "Platform" refers to the tay99 website, its mobile-optimised version, and all related services.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created upon registration.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, free spin, cashback, or promotional offer granted by tay99.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal is permitted.
• "PHP" refers to the Philippine Peso, the sole currency used for all balances, bets, and payouts on the platform.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tay99. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to gamble in the Philippines.

To register and play at tay99, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in line with PAGCOR regulations for all casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, banned player list, or excluded persons database.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you fail to provide satisfactory documentation, we may suspend or close your account and void any bets or bonuses associated with it.

3Account Registration & Security

One account per person, per household, per payment method — no exceptions.

When registering an account, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times, including your real name, valid mobile number, and active email address.
• You will not open more than one account, whether directly or indirectly, per person, per household, per IP address, or per payment method.
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and will not share them with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Duplicate accounts created to claim the welcome bonus or any other promotion more than once will be suspended. All bonuses, winnings, and deposits linked to duplicate accounts may be voided at our sole discretion. tay99 may also permanently ban players who repeatedly attempt to circumvent the one-account rule.

Account name changes are not permitted after verification. If you need to update your registered mobile number or email address, contact live chat or email support. Identity verification will be required before any such change is processed.

4KYC & Identity Verification

KYC is a PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirement, not an optional step.

All players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering guidelines and applies equally to every licensed online casino in the Philippines.

Documents required

• Valid Philippine Government ID — passport, driver's licence, UMID, or PhilSys (National ID).
• Proof of address — a utility bill (electricity, water, internet) issued within the last 3 months, showing your name and address.
• Selfie with ID — a clear photo of you holding your ID next to your face, taken in good lighting.

Processing time

Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours after you submit complete documents. You will be notified by email once reviewed. Submissions with blurry photos, cropped ID corners, or expired documents may be returned for resubmission.

Consequences of non-verification

If you fail to complete KYC or if your documentation cannot be verified, we may restrict deposits, withhold withdrawals, suspend your account, or close it, in each case as required by applicable law and regulatory guidance.

5Deposits & Payment Methods

All balances, bets, and payouts are held in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Accepted payment methods

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay
• Online banking: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard credit/debit
• Over-the-counter: 7-Eleven CLiQQ and similar channels

Minimum deposit

The minimum deposit is PHP 100 for most payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer. This low minimum makes it easy for all Filipino players to get started.

Deposit rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• You must be the beneficial owner of all funds deposited into your account.
• Deposits suspected of originating from illegal activity, money laundering, or stolen payment instruments will be frozen and reported as required by law.
• tay99 does not charge its own deposit fees, but your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

6Withdrawals & Payouts

Fast payouts — but only to accounts in your own name, and only after KYC.

Processing times

• GCash: typically 3–5 minutes
• PayMaya: typically 3–5 minutes
• Bank transfer: same day if requested before 3pm on business days; next business day for after-hours requests

Our average withdrawal processing time across all methods is under 30 minutes. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification, which takes 1–2 business days.

Minimum withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal is PHP 200.

Withdrawal conditions

• The receiving wallet or bank account must be registered in your own name, matching your tay99 account name exactly.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus has an outstanding wagering requirement.
• tay99 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your provider may apply their own charges.
• We reserve the right to conduct routine security reviews before processing large or unusual withdrawals.
• Withdrawal limits may vary according to your VIP tier.

Rejected withdrawals

Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include incomplete KYC, name mismatch, active bonus wagering, or a routine security review. If a withdrawal is rejected, funds return to your balance and support will explain exactly what needs fixing.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Every bonus comes with terms. Read them before you claim.

Wagering requirement (rollover)

Our standard welcome bonus carries a 15× wagering requirement. This means you must bet 15 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings generated from it. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus requires PHP 15,000 in total qualifying bets.

Game contribution

Not every game contributes equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slots generally contribute 100%. Table games such as blackjack and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Live casino games often contribute the least. If you want to clear a bonus efficiently, stick to slots and other high-contribution games.

Maximum bet during bonus play

While playing with bonus funds, you must not exceed the maximum bet stated in the promotion's terms — typically PHP 250–500 per spin or hand. Exceeding the limit may void your bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Expiry

Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion — commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim. Any bonus not cleared within its validity window is forfeited along with related winnings.

Sticky vs non-sticky bonuses

• Sticky bonus: the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn; only winnings generated from it can be cashed out, and the bonus amount is removed upon withdrawal.
• Non-sticky bonus: both the bonus and winnings can be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.

Maximum cash-out

Some bonuses carry a maximum cash-out cap on winnings derived from bonus play. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the promotion's terms.

General bonus rules

• Only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly says otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above, for personal use only.
• Abuse of bonus systems, including the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus, may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• tay99 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to applicable regulation.

8Games, Odds & Bet Settlement

All games are independently tested. All bets are final once accepted.

Fairness

All random number generator (RNG) outcomes at tay99 are independently tested and certified by third-party testing labs. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios using real physical equipment. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, tay99 is subject to ongoing audits.

Bet acceptance

A bet is deemed accepted once you receive a confirmation on screen and it appears in your bet history. Bets that were not fully confirmed due to a technical issue, disconnection, or system error are void.

Bet settlement

Sports bets settle based on the official result published by the relevant league or governing body. This includes cases where a match is abandoned, postponed, or decided by a technical ruling — the standard market rules for that sport apply.

Obvious errors

In the event of an obvious error in odds, game results, or payout calculations — whether caused by human error, software fault, or system malfunction — tay99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. Any funds credited in error may be removed from your balance.

Minimum and maximum bets

Limits vary by game and provider. Slots typically start from just a few pesos per spin, while live casino tables have their own published minimums and maximums displayed on the table itself. Sports betting minimums are shown on the bet slip before you confirm.

9Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

Cheating, collusion, and fraud will result in permanent closure and forfeiture.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tay99 platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, evade limits, or circumvent any account restriction.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any tool designed to interfere with gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain instead of reporting them.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that facilitates either.
• Using stolen payment instruments, fraudulent deposits, or chargeback abuse.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward customer support staff or other players.

If we determine that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to:

• Close the account immediately and permanently.
• Void all bets, bonuses, and winnings associated with the prohibited conduct.
• Forfeit any balance on the account.
• Report the matter to PAGCOR and any relevant law enforcement agency.

In serious cases, we may also pursue civil and criminal remedies. Decisions in such matters are made at our sole discretion and are final.

All trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and other content on the tay99 platform are the property of tay99, its game providers, or its licensors. They are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

The tay99 name, logo, and related marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not authorised by us, in any way that is likely to cause confusion, or in any way that disparages or discredits tay99.

12Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or technical failures outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tay99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity.
• Service interruptions caused by network failures, ISP issues, device malfunction, or force majeure.
• Errors, omissions, or delays in the transmission of data.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.

Our total liability to you in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

13Account Suspension & Closure

We may suspend or close an account where these Terms are breached.

tay99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• We believe these Terms have been breached.
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• We detect evidence of fraud, collusion, cheating, or other prohibited conduct.
• We are unable to verify your identity or age to our reasonable satisfaction.
• You engage in abusive behaviour toward our staff or other players.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than prohibited conduct, any legitimate balance will be returned to you, subject to identity verification and applicable regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for prohibited conduct, any balance may be forfeited in line with Section 9 above.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support. Withdraw any remaining balance first — funds cannot be released from a closed account without a formal reactivation request.

14Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with tay99, please follow these steps:

1. Contact live chat — most issues are resolved within minutes. Provide your account details, the nature of the complaint, and any relevant screenshots or reference numbers.
2. Email support at [email protected] if the matter requires a more detailed review. Response typically within 2–4 hours.
3. Formal escalation — if your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may request that it be escalated to our compliance team. We will acknowledge escalation within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If you remain dissatisfied after our internal process has been exhausted, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which oversees licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

15Amendments & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time.

tay99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate, notified to you via email or an in-account message.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
